1. Inventory
Every laboratory is unique and has its own position within the company. So nobody knows the laboratory better than the people who work there every day. Therefore, we first listen, before we start.During this inventory stage we will collect information about the current situation.
Which processes are in place and which route do they follow? From start to finish.

During this stage we will keep you updated and have frequent meetings to discuss progress and assure your level of quality.
