Top-loading benchtop laboratory autoclaves without drying

The AVS-N Series top-loading benchtop autoclaves, without drying, are designed to meet the basic sterilization requirements of educational and research laboratory facilities, streamlining the process.

These autoclaves can sterilize a variety of small solid and liquid loads, such as glass, plastics, metal utensils, liquids, culture media, and other laboratory items.

Ideal for general laboratory use, these autoclaves are engineered for simple operation and feature advanced safety measures to ensure user protection during routine tasks. They also offer straightforward installation with their plug-and-play design.

Compact, economical and limited resource consumption

The sterilization chamber and external structure are constructed from stainless steel. All components are sourced from top-tier manufacturers. The system is designed for efficiency, with limited consumption of water, energy, and operator time.

Easy installation and simple maintenance, no specific connections required

No specific connections are required for installation; all models are plug-and-play, only requiring an electrical connection. In addition, all models include a specific basket, a protective rack for the heating elements, and a drainage tube.

Intuitive control panel and simplified operation

Automatic microprocessor. Integrated thermal printer and optional data export software. Valve for fast evaporation and to accelerate the cooling phase in solid sterilization cycles.

Applications of autoclaves without drying

Liquids and culture media
The agar mode maintains the temperature and prevents the culture media from gelling. Installing a flexible probe allows for more precise sterilization of liquid loads.

Plastic and metal objects & glassware
For a faster cooling phase in solid sterilization cycles, a quick unsteaming can be performed using a manual valve, reducing the cooling phase duration.

Laboratory waste bags
For this application, the sterilization time should be extended, and chemical and/or biological tests should be used to validate the correct sterilization of the load.
