Built-in fanless ionizer

Simply hold the sample in front of the ionizer for a second or two to ensure it is free of static before starting the measurement.

Direct-current (DC) method
The ionizer of the BM Series does not use a fan to deliver ions, causing no breeze and allowing neutralization of even extremely fine powders without disturbance.

Long life and high maintainability
The discharge electrode pins of the ionizer can be used continuously for approximately 10,000 hours. Each pin also has a protector for safe cleaning or easy replacement.

Motor-driven internal weight

All models in the BM Series are equipped with an internal weight for sensitivity adjustment. This feature ensures that any user can easily maintain the balance’s accuracy and precision without any hassles.

One-touch sensitivity adjustment
You can quickly and accurately adjust sensitivity at any time with just one key press. For the 0.001 mg models, this function is also helpful for checking the environmental conditions during use.

AD-just - Automatic self-sensitivity adjustment
The balance can automatically start internal adjustment when it detects a change in ambient temperature, helping to prevent errors caused by sensitivity drift.

Calibration test report
For daily accuracy checks and documentation, the balance can test for errors using its internal weight without making any sensitivity adjustments, and output the results.

Internal weight value correction
If the internal weight value changes over time, it can be corrected using an external reference weight.

Automatic repeatability test
The balance can measure the mass of its internal weight 10 times and calculate the standard deviation, allowing you to assess repeatability in the current environment. This process can be easily integrated into your balance management SOPs for daily precision checks.
