The final drying function, using a heating jacket and vacuum pump, ensures that the load is completely dry at the end of the cycle. This guarantees safe processing of porous solids and packaged objects. It eliminates the need to dry the load in an external oven.
These autoclaves feature state-of-the-art technology, including a push-button-controlled mechanically assisted door. Instant steam production is provided by the built-in steam generator, while air inlet and outlet are fitted with a bacteriological filter.
Equipped with a high-performance liquid ring vacuum pump, it ensures a faster fractionated prevacuum phase. The heating jacket allows for the complete drying of solid loads, and Fâ‚€-controlled sterilizations are achieved through integrated flexible probes.
