Stand-alone steam generator

The stand-alone steam generator can be used with Astell's autoclaves and sterilizers, or as a direct steam supply for laboratory facilities in the pharmaceutical, medical, and food and beverage industries.

The steam generators are designed with sterilization in mind, making them ideal for autoclaves or other equipment that requires instant steam in short, high peaks with quick regeneration. They deliver short, high-peak bursts of steam during air removal, with rapid regeneration and enough storage capacity to supply steam exactly when it's needed.

They're also ideal for providing consistent heat or sterilization to cell cultures—perfect for use with media preparators, bioreactors, fermenters, or as a heat source in bioengineering facilities.

Available in three sizes, each Steam Generator features a fully programmable touchscreen control system that displays real-time information on steam pressure, pump status, and the condition of the pressure vessel.
