TERRA Food-Tech autoclaves for food research are designed for cooking, pasteurizing, and sterilizing packaged foods at temperatures from 50 to 130ºC. They use saturated steam generated by heating elements inside the sterilization chamber.
The temperature is regulated by a chamber probe or by the F₀/P₀ values via a core probe placed inside a reference sample. This ensures perfect process control while preserving the organoleptic properties and minimizing nutritional changes in the final product.
Choose from a variety of chamber volumes in vertical or benchtop configurations. Additionally, all units can be equipped with accessories for specific applications.
The CFS-H Series autoclaves serve diverse applications and sectors, such as scientific research in universities, product development in the food industry, research in the packaging industry, and training at trade schools.
Designed for high productivity in research centres and industry, this system features adjustable pressure support up to 2.1 Barg to prevent container damage or breakage. It offers regulation by F₀ and P₀, with additional recording of Σ%F₀ and Σ%P₀.
A 5-inch touchscreen controller offers up to 50 customizable programs. For advanced users and research professionals, each unit allows programming of up to 11 independently adjustable segments for temperature, time, and pressure.
These autoclaves have been designed for maximum user safety. All sterilization parameters are continuously monitored and recorded to ensure correct operation.
