These biological safety cabinets provide robust protection for personnel, products, and the environment against hazardous particulates. They include agents requiring BSL 1-4 containment. These cabinets are ideal for handling antineoplastic drugs, genetic material, and other dangerous airborne particles. Every model meets the highest standards of safety and performance and is NSF-listed.

Designed for versatility

Designed for maximum versatility, Logic BSCs exhaust HEPA-filtered air directly into the lab or into an external exhaust system via the optional Ventus II Canopy Connection. Logic BSCs are suitable for applications involving trace amounts of volatile toxic chemicals and radionuclides when they connect to a canopy.

Advanced airflow

Room air is drawn in through the inlet grille. Beneath the work surface, the plenum contains a mix of unfiltered room air and air that has passed through the work area. This contaminated air is pulled by the ECM blower through the rear plenum of the Logic BSC.

Approximately 70% of it recirculates through the supply HEPA filter and back over the work area, maintaining an ISO Class 5 environment. The remaining contaminated air expels into the environment via the high-efficiency exhaust HEPA filter.
