Froilabo offers a diverse range of ovens designed to meet various laboratory needs. The Air Expert oven range is designed to meet applications that require speed, precision, and uniformity. These lab ovens are ideal for drying, heating, resistance testing, and other thermal tests or treatments that require high precision.

3 volumes for all your needs

The generation of Air Expert ovens is designed for precise thermal tests, ranging from room temperature +10°C to +250°C. These ovens are available in three sizes: 60, 120, and 240 litres.

Intuitive interface

These ovens feature an intuitive interface with programmable control, giving you continuous control over the enclosure.

Protection and security

This range of ovens ensures total safety for the operator, environment, and product, thanks to its safety class II overtemperature protection.

Benefits of the air expert lab ovens:

  • Visible and audible alarm

  • Heating convection is provided by a fan, eliminating the risk of conduction or radiation

  • Cable entry ports to allow for the validation and calibration of the oven

  • Programmable controller with 16 settings to enable temperature cycle up to 8 temperatures and 3 different cycles

  • Two anti-slip stainless steel shelves included

  • Individual control certificate

  • Timer: 99h 59 min

  • Chamber heating by convention, no risk of conduction or radiation (air inlet at temperature setpoint)

  • Dual digital display of the oven setpoint temperature and actual temperature (0.1° precision)

  • Adjustable air entry (from 0 to 100%)

  • Hands-free door closing

  • Adjustable over temperature security device Class II as defined in the European norm NF EN61010-2-010 (equivalent to DIN3.1)

  • Conforms to EN60068-3-11

What is the difference between a laboratory incubator and oven?

An oven is no substitute for an incubator. While ovens run hot, usually between 100 °C and 300 °C, incubators are designed for much gentler conditions, typically 15 °C to 40 °C. Using an oven instead risks overheating and ruining delicate cultures. Read more about laboratory incubators in this article
