The AHS-N Series benchtop autoclaves without drying meet the fundamental sterilization needs of laboratories in industrial, educational, and research facilities to increase productivity and simplify sterilization operations.

They are designed for sterilization of a wide range of solid and liquid loads, including glass, plastics, metal utensils, liquids, culture media, and other laboratory items.

Suitable for the general laboratory, they are optimized for easy operation, include many safety features to protect users in their daily routine, and are easy to install as they are plug-and-play.

Economical, resilient and limited resource consumption

Constructed with high-quality materials, the sterilization chamber is made of durable AISI-316L stainless steel, and components are sourced from leading manufacturers. They are designed for minimal water, energy, and operator time consumption.

Compact design and easy installation

Compact and desktop design. These autoclaves have an integrated independent water tank. No specific connections are required for their installation, they are plug-and-play equipment. They simply need an electrical connection.

Customize with a range of accessories

Choose the model and type of support that best suit your needs. Install a flexible probe to ensure more accurate and safe sterilization of liquids. Record and analyze your processes using dedicated software or an embedded printer.

Operation

During the heating phase, powerful electric heating elements quickly heat the water to generate saturated steam. Once the sterilization temperature is reached, the sterilization phase begins, and the temperature is precisely maintained throughout the process.

At the end of the sterilization phase, a natural cooling phase begins. In solid programs, the discharge can be manually accelerated with a push button to shorten this phase. For liquid programs, the cycle can be regulated using a heart probe, and the agar mode can be activated to maintain a constant chamber temperature, preventing the culture medium from gelling.
