The AHS-B Series benchtop autoclaves with prevacuums and drying have advanced features. They meet all the sterilization needs of industrial, educational, medical, and research laboratories to increase productivity and process all types of loads.
They are specially optimized for processing loads that require a higher steam penetration capacity to be properly sterilized. These include porous solids, packaged loads, cavity-containing objects, items with complex geometries, and liquids.
Thanks to their outstanding versatility in sterilizing all types of loads, these autoclaves excel in both simple and demanding applications. They feature an integrated independent steam generator, touchscreen display, separate clean water tank, initial prevacuum pulses, final vacuum drying, and direct water discharge.
Achieve fast cycle times with instant steam production from the built-in steam generator. The pre-vacuum phase, with multiple vacuum pulses, effectively removes air pockets to ensure thorough sterilization of all load types.
The final drying function, using a heating jacket and vacuum pump, ensures the load is completely dry at the end of the cycle. This guarantees the safe processing of porous solids and packaged objects, eliminating the need to dry the load in an external oven.
The touchscreen display supports up to 50 programs for seamless operation. It features a mechanical purge and an integrated steam generator. The system includes a bacteriological filter and water tanks, with the option for automated filling using purified water.
