The AE-B Series vertical autoclaves with prevacuums and drying offer advanced features to meet the sterilization needs of industrial, healthcare and research laboratories, optimizing productivity and processing all types of loads.
They are specially optimized to sterilize loads that require deeper steam penetration, such as porous solids, packaged loads, hollow and complex-shaped objects, and liquids.
With their outstanding versatility, these autoclaves efficiently sterilize all load types. They feature an independent steam generator, a touchscreen display, and a separate clean water tank. They also feature initial prevacuum pulses, final vacuum drying, and direct water discharge. This makes them ideal for both simple and demanding applications.
Achieve fast cycle times with instant steam production from the built-in steam generator. The pre-vacuum phase, with multiple vacuum pulses, effectively removes air pockets, ensuring effective sterilization of all types of loads.
The final drying function, using a heating jacket and vacuum pump, ensures the load is completely dry at the end of the cycle. This eliminates the need to dry the load in an external oven and ensures safe processing of porous solids and packaged objects.
These autoclaves feature a touchscreen display with up to 50 programs, a mechanical purge, and an integrated steam generator. It also includes direct discharge, a bacteriological filter, and an independent purified water tank equipped with automatic filling kit.
