    The TLV-PD Series vertical autoclaves feature a super-drying system with a heated jacket and high performance water ring pump, ensuring advanced sterilization of solids. These autoclaves are designed for industrial and research environments in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical, and biotech industries. They effectively sterilize glass, porous materials, packaged solids, and objects with complex geometries. All Top line vertical floor-standing autoclaves offer the most advanced connectivity in the market, ensuring compliance with the latest advancements in electronic records and data control. They are designed to operate within FDA, GMP, and GLP environments.

    Completely dries the load thanks to the super-drying system

    The final drying function, using a heating jacket and vacuum pump, ensures that the load is completely dry at the end of the cycle. This guarantees veilige afhandeling of porous solids and packaged objects. It eliminates the need to dry the load in an external oven.

    Modern design and fully automatic

    Theses autoclaves feature state-of-the-art technology, including a push-button-controlled mechanically assisted door. Instant steam production is provided by the built-in steam generator, while air inlet and outlet are fitted with a bacteriological filter. Equipped with a high-performance liquid ring vacuum pump, it ensures a faster fractionated prevacuum phase. The heating jacket allows fir the complete drying solid loads, and F₀-controlled sterilizations are achieved through integrated flexible probes. Automatic filling from the water network and water-cooled direct discharge further enhance efficiency.
