The TLV-FA Series vertical autoclaves with fast cooling system are equipped with a fast cooling system, including a water coil, air compressor, internal fan, and flexible probes. They are specially designed to provide advanced liquid sterilization in industrial and research environments in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnology industries, sterilizing aqueous solutions, liquid agar, lysogenic broth, or pre-filled syringes. They can also process solid loads.
Top-line vertical autoclaves enable fully digital operation. All models are equipped with the most advanced connectivity on the market and comply with the latest advances in electronic records and data control to work under FDA, GMP, and GLP environments.
Thanks to its fast cooling system, consisting of a radial fan, water coil, and air compressor, you can sterilize liquid loads more quickly. Install up to two flexible probes and conduct F₀-controlled sterilizations.
This autoclave features state-of-the-art technology. The mechanically assisted door operates with a simple push-button control for ease of use. Instant steam production is ensured by the built-in steam generator, while a bacteriological filter safeguards the air inlet and outlet.
These autoclaves come with both a vacuum pump and an air compressor. The high-performance fast cooling system, consisting of water cooling coils, an internal radial fan, and pressure support, accelerates cooling times. Automatic water filling from the network and a water-cooled direct discharge system further enhance efficiency and convenience.
Manage multiple autoclaves with centralized reporting, receive notifications across devices, and ensure automatic traceability for audits with SSL encryption. The cloud-based software can also be integrated into a private server via Docker, Active Directory, or LIMS.
