The AE-MP Series media preparators streamline workflows in microbiology and plant tissue culture labs, reducing costs, preparation time, and workload.
A single device encompasses the preparation, sterilization, fast cooling, and dispensation of high-quality culture media with excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility. Its design prevents contamination, gelation, solubility, or homogeneity issues, and burns.
The AE-MP Series media preparators are designed to reduce preparation time and provide large volumes of culture media. Choose from six sizes and four dispensing modes to suit your laboratory's needs. Each model’s heating capacity can also be upgraded to significantly shorten the heating phase.
Enjoy much faster production times compared to the traditional autoclave method. Preparation volumes range from 2L to 90L, with dispensing speeds ranging from 7 mL/s to 100 mL/s. Select the dispensation temperature that best suits your requirements.
Dispensing lines can be cleaned and disinfected before, during, and after the dispensing phase using steam pulses that reach the entire length of the line to prevent contamination. You can pause the dispensing phase to avoid gelling issues. The inner vessel has ergonomic handles and can be easily removed.
The flexible probe and F₀ regulation allow for precise sterilizations. Programs can be configured with ramps to prepare special recipes, minimizing concerns about contamination, precipitation, homogeneity, or overcooking. These autoclaves also record and analyse the processing of each batch.
