Integral steam generator option	The standard heaters in chamber are replaced with a 12kW integral steam generator. This option helps to improve cycle times by increasing the efficiency of steam production.
Advanced and simple vacuum options	A vacuum option is essential for porous type loads (e.g. wrapped instruments and fabrics) or other cycles where air pockets could easily become trapped within the load.
External jacket option	The external jacket option, requiring either the steam generator or direct steam option, adds an additional layer to the outside of the autoclave chamber. This jacket can be independently heated by the steam generator to improve the drying process at the end of the cycle or flooded with water during cooling to accelerate cooling times.

The top-loading autoclave range offers larger chamber sizes compared to the 'Compact' units and includes advanced options not found in smaller models, such as heated jackets, integral steam generators, and simple/advanced vacuum and cooling options. These options allow the top-loading sterilizer to be customized to your needs by speeding up cooling, handling liquids, processing porous loads, and efficiently sterilizing a wider variety of items.

Advanced features of the top-loading autoclave

They are three available sizes (95, 120 and 135 litres) and these autoclaves are factory-fitted with a large number of standard features, making it ideal for sterilizing liquids (media), discard, glassware and other instruments. These features include:

A 5.7" colour touchscreen with an integrated USB data port
A delayed start and media hold-warm feature for greater control over the timing of the sterilization process
Safety features include over-temperature protection, an external pressure gauge, a cooling lock, a safety valve test program, and an emergency stop button
A validation port, drain valve and an electropolished stainless steel chamber
Castor mounted for easy movement
