FreeZone Console Freeze Dryers are built for lyophilizing moderate to large sample loads or multiple small container batches.

The consoles feature a front viewing window, interior space for a vacuum pump, and room for a large tray dryer, such as the FreeZone Stoppering Tray Dryer (pump and tray dryer sold separately).

Features and Specifications

• On/standby switch.

• Hot gas defrost with automatic shut-off at +60°.

• Moisture sensor prevents refrigeration or vacuum start-up if moisture is detected in the drain line.

• Vacuum control valve maintains the set vacuum level.

• The vacuum break valve introduces air into the system when power to the freeze dryer or vacuum pump is lost. If the power outage lasts less than 5 minutes, the freeze dryer will restart, and the refrigeration and vacuum systems will resume. If the outage exceeds 5 minutes and the collector warms above safe limits, the freeze dryer will not restart automatically.
